- Cancel by email before September 20, 2026, 23:59 CET: You’ll receive a 90% refund of your prepayment. 10% is retained as an administration fee.
- From September 21, 2026 onward: No refunds will be issued for any reason, including illness or travel changes.
- How to cancel: Send your cancellation request to bailabaila.slovenija@gmail.com from the email address used for registration. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
