Over the years, I have discovered that the movement principles of Argentine Tango offer powerful tools for coaching and personal development – especially within organizations. Through simple yet profound exercises, participants experience concepts such as leading and following, navigating respectfully within a group (Ronda), trusting and relying on others (Volcada), or adjusting to dynamic changes like shifts in tempo and direction. These elements are not just intellectual ideas; they are physically experienced – felt directly in the body.

I have successfully implemented these Tango-based coaching sessions in collaboration with HR departments and workshop facilitators in companies across Switzerland, Russia, and other regions.
